Our membership fees are for services not covered by Alberta Health Care. Any insured medical services provided will be billed to Alberta Health Care.

Payment Terms

$1,200 due on date of membership

The balance of $3,000 for the first year and each subsequent year may be paid:

• In total, on date of membership
• In monthly installments of $260

What Can You Write Off?

Many of the services we provide are tax-deductible. All specific medical services performed by physicians or other inter-professional team members qualify as tax-deductible medical expenses under Canada Revenue Agency legislation.

If you’re not covered under a group insurance plan, contact us to learn about your options for writing off your fees.

FitNut Consulting

All fitness and nutrition services are provided by Fitnut Consulting, our lifestyle services division.

* An additional fee of $25 per person will be charged for all return vaccinations and for all *non-travel related* vaccinations received outside of a consultation visit.

Fees for psychological services are based on the recommended fee schedule set out by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta.

The fee of $160 is for one 50-minute session.

Report writing, telephone consultation, letter and form completion are billed at the rate of the service being provided.

Fees for services outside the counselling session, such as phone calls and letters, will be charged at $32 per 10-minute increment.
